Autograph Services FAQ
If you've got a special item that you want signed, that's not a problem either. You can have it delivered to our office and we'll do our best to make sure that it gets back to you with the signature added. Our office address is:

- Please allow us 3-4 weeks from the date of the show to fulfill your order and mail it back to you
- If you are requesting an item to be Beckett/JSA authenticated, you must contact us first for pricing if the item needs 3 or more signatures authenticated on the same item. The email address to send this to is troy@hollywoodshow.com. Also, if a send-in item has previous signatures, please be aware that it cannot be authenticated by Beckett thru us
Now for the fine print...
While we will do our best to fulfill your inscription request, adding or leaving it off is ultimately the decision of the celebrity. We cannot be responsible for a photo inscription that isn't verbatim. The photos showing in the Autograph Services section are the photo that you will receive. If you would like a different photo, you can select our send in option and either send in the item or email us the High Resolution JPEG or PNG image that you would like us to print out and have signed. You can email the image to troy@hollywoodshow.com and include the order number
Shipping will NOT be combined on multiple ordered items. If you are sending an item to be signed that is larger than something that would easily fit into a USPS Priority Mail envelope, you will need to pay the same amount for return that you paid for sending it to our offices. If additional funds are required for shipping, you will be notified PRIOR to your package being shipped.
We make every attempt to honor special requests that you make on an autograph (placement, pen color, personalizations, etc.) but we cannot guarantee this. For instance, sometimes a celeb will sign at a different spot than requested, so these things are often out of our control. Again, we do our very best to accomodate. That being said, make sure to indicate these requests in the Special Instructions section when you place the order, rather than on an accompanying note or letter that you send with an item. On send-in items, ALWAYS include the corresponding order number on your item or enclose an invoice of your order confirmation.
