We've received quite a few questions, so we're adding a little FAQ section.

Q - How will I know when I'm supposed to have my photos taken?

A - A schedule of photo op times will be posted to this site no later than 10 days prior to the show. There will also be schedules available at the show's front desk, and announcements will be made throughout the days notifying fans when they need to be in the photo room.

Q - When will my photo(s) be ready?

A - Photos will be ready for pick up by the end of the day they were taken. If for some reason you cannot pick up your photos, they will be mailed to you at an additional cost of $5.00 handling fee per photo.

Q - Can I get more than one copy?

A - We only print one copy of the photos, but you can purchase the JPEG image for an additional $10.00.

Q - What happens if the celebrity isn't available for a photo to be taken?

A - In the event that a celebrity needs to cancel their appearance, the funds paid for a photo with them can either be transferred and used for another celebrity's photo session, or the funds will be refunded in full.

The fine print

The photographer reserves the right to take more than one photo during your session if he feels that another shot is needed to give the best results. Although more than one may have been taken, you will only receive one photo unless more have been ordered. Our photographer chooses the photo to be printed and upon completion of the printing, the photos are then deleted from the system and no other copies can be obtained, so if you choose to get the JPEG images, PLEASE request them at the time you're taking the photos or placing your order.
